REFUND POLICY

At Tellet, we want your experience to be impeccable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, in compliance with UK consumer law.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when received.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • Our team will provide you with the instructions and the correct return address for your region.

  • Only ship items back after receiving confirmation and instructions by email.

⚠️ Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

EXCHANGES

  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

  • In some cases, we may offer free size exchanges, subject to availability. Please contact us if you require a size adjustment.

  • Colour, variant, or product exchanges should be made by returning the original item and placing a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations cannot always be guaranteed, as our logistics process is fast.

  • If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you may refuse delivery or return it after receiving it.

  • In exceptional cases (address, size, or variant changes), adjustments may be possible if you contact us immediately after placing the order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@tellet.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

EXCEOTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or made-to-order products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items.

REFUNDS

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
